Refund Policy

Digital File, Tool Service & Membership Refund Rules

GSMFileBD sells digital files, tool services, and technician memberships. Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, refund rules are different from physical products.
Please read the product title, description, model, CPU, build number, category, and requirements carefully before ordering.

Digital File Purchases

After a digital file is delivered, downloaded, or made available in your account, the order is generally non-refundable.

  • No refund for wrong model selection by customer
  • No refund for wrong flashing process
  • No refund if customer does not have required tool/skill
  • No refund after file download/access is used

Refund May Be Considered

  • Duplicate payment for the same order
  • Payment completed but file/service was not delivered
  • Wrong file delivered by GSMFileBD
  • File is corrupt and we cannot provide replacement
  • Tool activation unavailable after payment and no alternative provided

Tool Activation & Renewal

Tool activation, renewal, credits, and software service orders are generally non-refundable once processed or submitted to supplier/provider.

If activation fails because of provider-side issue, we will try to fix, replace, or discuss refund/credit depending on the case.

Premium Membership

Membership payments are non-refundable after access is activated or downloads are used. Membership is for the registered account only and cannot be shared, resold, or transferred.

  • No refund for unused monthly download quota
  • No refund for account misuse or rule violation
  • Plan upgrade may be handled as account credit if available

USDT Payments

International USDT payments are handled based on the final amount shown during order/payment instruction. Network fees, wrong network transfers, incorrect wallet address transfers, or underpayments may not be refundable.

Customers must send payment using the correct network and exact amount shown in the payment instruction.

bKash Payments

For Bangladesh bKash payments, customers must provide correct transaction ID and payment number if requested. Wrong payment details may delay order verification.

Refund Request Process

  • Contact support with order number
  • Provide payment proof or transaction ID
  • Explain the issue clearly
  • Allow us time to verify the order and problem
  • Approved refund/credit decisions are handled case by case
Important: Flashing files, using repair tools, or servicing devices always carries risk. GSMFileBD is not responsible for damage caused by wrong flashing, wrong file selection, low battery, hardware fault, incorrect tool use, or customer-side mistake.
