Product & File Use

• Files are provided for technician repair/service purposes
• You must check model, CPU, build number, and requirements before purchase
• You are responsible for correct flashing and tool use
• Files must not be publicly shared, leaked, resold, or redistributed

Payment Terms

Bangladesh customers may use bKash where available. International customers may use USDT where supported and permitted.

USDT amount may be calculated using live market/exchange data. The final payable amount shown during checkout or payment instruction is the amount required for that order.

Order Delivery

• Downloadable products may be delivered through account/order/download page
• Tool services may require manual processing time
• Remote support depends on technician availability
• Some rare files may require extra time to verify or prepare

Membership Rules

• Membership is account-based and non-transferable
• Download limits reset based on plan rules
• Download abuse may cause account restriction
• Access can be denied for suspicious activity or rule violation
• Downloaded files must not be shared or resold

Prohibited Use

• Sharing premium files publicly
• Reselling files without permission
• Using stolen accounts or payment details
• Attempting to bypass download limits
• Abusing support or making fraudulent claims

File Request Terms

File request availability is not guaranteed. Price, delivery time, and availability depend on the requested device, file type, source, and technical condition.

Customers must provide correct model, CPU/chipset, build number, Android version, and screenshots where needed.

Tool Service Terms

Tool activation, renewal, rental, credits, and remote support may depend on third-party providers. Processing time and availability may vary.

Limitation of Responsibility

GSMFileBD provides files and services for technician use. We are not responsible for device damage, data loss, wrong flashing, hardware fault, incorrect file selection, or misuse of tools.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when needed. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
